The Occupational Limited License may be granted to you after a DUI under certain conditions. If there are other violations as a result of your DUI, they may disqualify you from the Work License. We can help you apply for the Occupational License and with the guarantee that you will get your OLL or your money back!
1st DUI – You may qualify for the OLL only after you serve 60 days of license suspension. If you have been granted ARD for your DUI, you will not qualify for the OLL.
2nd DUI – You may qualify for the OLL after a 2nd DUI only if you receive no more or less than 18 months of driver’s license suspension. You must serve 12 months of the 18 month suspension term before you will be granted the OLL. Additionally, after a second DUI, you may be required to have an ignition interlock system installed in any vehicle you drive. If this ignition interlock is required, you will need to get the Ignition Interlock Work License.
3rd DUI – You will not qualify! There is no option to get a limited license after your 3rd DUI. If you were convicted of your 3rd DUI, assessed as a Habitual Offender, and given a 5 year revocation of your license, you may want to look into the Probationary License option.
In any event, you should contact us to review your work license options. We can help speed up the process. What’s more, we guarantee you will receive your limited license or we will refund our fee!
